1. Appointments & Scheduling
All appointments must be booked online through our official booking system or by phone. Please arrive on time for your scheduled service. If you’re running late, let us know as soon as possible.
2. Payment Policy
Payment is due upon service completion unless pre-paid online. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payment. Prices may vary based on vehicle condition and size. Additional charges apply for pet hair, heavy stains, or excessive dirt.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled time will incur a fee equal to 30% of the total service cost.
This policy helps us manage our schedule and offer timely service to all our valued customers. Thank you for your understanding and support!
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by our work. If you’re not satisfied with the result, please let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to address the issue.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Martinez Auto Detail is not responsible for pre-existing damage, rust, or defects. Customers are advised to remove valuables from the vehicle before the service.
